B. M.Went for an eye test. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the testing, explaining what was happening etc. Then explaining the results in a manner I could understand. Shop was nice and clean with surfaces wiped down and hand sanitiser available.

You're spoilt for choice when it comes to the selection of glasses! Would highly recommend to anyone, especially people who are looking to visit an options for the first time.
A. S.My son had an appointment in March with Raeesah Patel who found an abnormality on his eyes and referred him to the ophthalmology department. She was fantastic, very thorough and explained everything in detail. It was an amazing experience and as she suspected the worst scenario wasn't confirmed. The ophthalmologist that we saw complimented her for her competency. Thank you
t. c.The staff were overrun and it was mental in here today. Lots of customers.i had my eye test and tried on glasses with nobody hassling me. There were loads of different ones and i was surprised because the shop isnt very big. But best choice I've seen in the whole of the white rose. Once I'd decided what i wanted i waited a fair time as it was so busy and when there was no progress in the queue i decided to do a quick sainsburys run and come back. When i returned the shop was empty. I was dealt with kindly, professionally and efficiently. Really lovely staff. Fabulous informative service. Unlike competitors i wasn't pushed into buying anything. I was free to suit myself. So i chose what i wanted and they advised my options. How refreshing. I guess thats why they're so busy. I'll always use this place now and will continue to wait my turn knowing that its well worth the wait .
S. G.I have found the staff friendly and the optician I saw was great . Last year I could not find a pair of glasses with a sparkly rim top and this year was the same , your glasses seem to be getting plainer. I also find it noisy and all open plan.
