S.Very impressed.
First off I would like to show appreciation to the optician herself (don’t remember her name unfortunately) but I’ve been a glasses wearer since I was 7 years of age and never once has anyone explained to me why I should be looking out for changes in my extremely strong prescription. She took her time explaining everything to me and answered all my questions.
Secondly I would like to show appreciation to a colleague in that department called Reena, who was very kind and informative of the service and helping me pick the right frames! She also explained due to my high prescription the lenses may not thin so much as a warning but it is down to my discretion whether I wanted thinner frames or not. She made sure everything was fitted and both frames were done perfectly for me.
Thirdly I have been with Vision Express, Specsavers and Sight Check in the past and the value, care and service you receive from Asda Opticians is right on top for me!

R. K.Phoned up to see if I could book the next available appointment for a full eye test, and was told by the very lovely lady on the phone that they could see me ASAP if I came into the store. I was greeted very warmly, and my details were taken. The test itself was done by a very friendly optician, she had a very welcoming and calming manner - definitely put me at ease. The tests themselves were quite simple, standard for an eye test, however her manner and approach to the test was very reassuring and made me feel completely at ease. She explained my eye health to me clearly and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Then after the regular tests another lady took me for a field of vision test - again her manner was very friendly and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend this opticians to anyone - especially those who are perhaps anxious about having a test as all the staff I spoke to were incredibly welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, I cannot recommend them enough!
