f.Really friendly and professional staff. I’ve used them for a fair few years now. The optician is very good. He makes you feel very relaxed whilst carrying out the eye test and is very thorough.
The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They take good care of you whilst helping to pick out a pair of glasses. They listened to my needs and helped me to pick out the perfect pair of glasses without any pressure.
As a side note; I was recently involved in a slight accident that damaged my glasses. I popped into Narborough Eyecare and they adjusted my glasses to ensure the lens was fitted back in perfectly. Excellent service.

N. W.The aim of Narborough Eyecare is to look after your eyesight, not sell you expensive frames. Although there is a wide selection of frames available and plenty of help to choose. The optician told me some years ago that getting the correct lens for individual was his main priority. I have been with them for a few years now and have always found this to be the case.
