B. D.Excellent customer service. They explained to me how much further I was actually saving than from before whilst collecting and setting up my direct debit for my contact lenses . It was quick and simple. I will actually save a lot of time now as they will be delivered to my home address every 3 months and will not need to ring up to arrange this.
In addition, they had a wide range of up to date styles and colours of glasses to choose from,which i purchased.

I found the reception staff extremely polite, courteous and welcoming.
Mr Irshad took a meticulous history, performed a detailed eye examination, and then patiently explained his findings to me, answering all of my questions satisfactorily, taking in to account my own professional background.
My subsequent retail experience was good too. Several frame and lenses options were offered, according to my budget.
Unbeknown to the vendor, at a corporate level, I already make assessments and recommendations about healthcare providers in general, both in the UK and abroad.
In my opinion, Mr Irshad and S I Opticals provide a service that is second to none. I highly recommend them.
