S. K.Never had an issue before but last two delivery’s of my contact lenses have been late. Resulting in me having to wear glasses for 3+ weeks now. The ladies where very helpful and apologised and are trying to sort delivery out for me however a man named ‘Leo’ approached and was escalating the situation making myself and mother feel uncomfortable and was pretty much calling me a liar. He was very argumentative and his attitude was ridiculous. I hope I never have to deal with him again.

I visited after having problems with both pairs of glasses in the same week due to wear and tear on my part .
Specsavers jumped in to action to help me out.
They replaced my frame without charging me which was a wonderful saving and sorted the second pair which needed altering.
I have never had a bad experience with these Opticans, the staff will always go the extra mile to help the customer find the best deal on glasses and the after care is outstanding.
