Absolutely delighted with the service I received. I’ve had vision problems for a long time that nobody has been to sort out for me. The optician her was amazing, very thorough and friendly I have new glasses that have literally changed my life I can see better now than I have in years. I love my glasses too, there’s a great range and I found something that fit my style and personality. Staff can’t be praised enough. They’re all professional and informative yet friendly. Fab service and I’ll be sticking with them even when I move to a small village on the outskirts of leicester.

I had absolutely the best customer service here today. In particular Gupal (hope I spelt that right!) who sorted my glasses out, he wouldn't give up until he had done so - My glasses from a different store didn't seem right and he made sure he'd get to the source of the issue. He was brilliant. The ladies who did my eye tests also brilliant. Genuinely they went above and beyond and I can stress a thank you enough! I can finally enjoy a better pair of glasses! Thank you all. Visited 09/01/22 3pm, so all the staff on that day, that you!

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. The customer service at the store is outstanding! We took our teenage son last week and they spoke to him and treated him like an adult. All the questions they asked were addressed to him and they helped him choose the perfect glasses with a little bit of humour along the way. This weekend myself and my son had out eye tests and we both needed new glasses. Again my youngest son (age 10) was treated brilliantly. They guided him in choosing the perfect glasses and were able to help with the special lenses that he needs and had a great understanding of his condition. And then with my prescription which had a changed a bit they explained so clearly the different options available and then worked out the best price for me. I then of course had to try on so many frames to make sure I had the right ones. Placed the order and left. Woke up today looking back through the selfies and realised that I didn't like the ones I chose, have rang them and it was no hassle to place my order on hold and go back today to choose again

Came here just for a check up Always good to care care of your eyes. These guys for an extra £10 or so scan the back of your eyes Every professional service. Was all on time and didn’t take long Spot on guys 🤓

Staff is all brilliant here they do go above and beyond in helping you. I had contact lens appointment here and I had to try multiple lenses before finding the one which really suits me. They were really good throughout the process in finding the issue and explainingit to me..

Great Service. Great Customer Service. I had a test and got a new prescription. I was struggling to adjust to my prescription, I called them and explained.They were very great and helpful. They rebooked me for another appointment , Retested my sight, my prescription was fine. I had a talk with the optician, she was very helpful and explained clearly. Now I have fully adjusted to the prescription. So I am grateful for their services and their customer care. They really care for the customers and I highly recommend them.

I have just had my appointment with specsavers today for eye test and new prescription. Service was first class Sid the optician was excellent really listened to my symptoms and issues with my current glasses. Dani who sorted my glasses for me really explained all the options and was very patient all in all a fantastic service and would recomend specsavers at sainsburys fosse park all ready lined my husband and mother in law to book appointments

I have used Specsavers Fosse Park for a year now after leaving a local independent opticians. Every time I have been into the opticians I have been served by Amita or Jan, both of which have been so nice and helpful. Amita is an absolute pleasure to talk with and gives a very personal level of customer service, remembering who you are and previous conversations. I would highly recommend everyone to use Specsavers at Fosse Park and can't thank Amita enough for all her help and advice.

They have made my prescription wrong they offered to rectify but I had no glasses to wear so went to adifferent optician that grave me the correct specification now im happy and I can read the small writing on my tablets now where I was told that didn't matter and not to worry about
