S. P.Love them both pairs. I donot know I have them on as they are so light and perfect. Thank you to all the staff who went to the trouble to get the frames that were needed and even down to the colour I liked and all the advice given to me. I means a great deal knowing that people are there to help with people with health issues get the glasses that they need to lead a better life. Eye sight is very important to us all. Thank you again. I WILL be back.
D.Literally will not go anywhere else after the great service my wife and I received. Liked that the store were happy to deal with us together and the store manager even helped us pick out the best designs for us, he didn't just go for the most expensive brands

Very professional and friendly staff, from the young lady on the front desk to the doctor running the checks.
These are my second varifocals and they are great, I wasn't expecting to enjoy them as much as I'm doing it now.
Additionally I've got a second pair for the same price, not a bad deal at all!.

A. M.The actual appointment was good, however, 5 weeks on and i am still waiting for my reading glasses! It was meant to be a reglaze but they apparently couldn't do it, so I chose new frames. Rang to chase, and first she said they were cancelled, then quickly changed the story, so I suspect they messed up the order. After using a different spec savers, who were brilliant, and quick, I am very disappointed with the Syston branch.

The Optician was lovely and put me at ease immediately. She was very friendly and explained everything in such a lovely manner. The staff helped me choose glasses which I found hard to do. Everything was spotlessly clean and all glasses were cleaned once they had been tried on. Will definitely be using them from now on !!! Thank you all xx
M. H.Don't waist your time at the sainsbury branch go here for great service. After poor service from the sainsbury branch I moved here and they fixed all my issues with contact lenses in less than 2 visits with I think it was Sophie my contact lesson was quick and easy and relaxed and the optician really did fix my prescription. The other staff are really polite and great to put you at ease and helpful. Could not fault my service here just so happy many thanks to all but mainly Sophie for her training to get myself into contact lenses
