f. l.It was a a very good experience. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. specially to Darshini , Uzma and the optician Sunita. I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses and had the discount I want in time before it ended.. Helpful and welcoming staff plays a big part to entice customers .

The optician/opthalmologist gave me a full briefing in terms that I could understand. I decided to buy two pairs of specs and the same friendly professionalism continued with a different person.
The reason why this isn't 5 stars is the 'shop'. I found the examination rooms were a little cramped and like store cupboards and for something that is reasonably close to medical, and very personal, the place is very much part of a large Tesco.
