A big thank-you to Courtney, at Hamilton Tesco opticians for fixing my glasses, where, other opticians were not willing to fix them, even the place I purchased them refused. I was told "it's been over a year, out of warranty and can't do anything because, one of the springs inside the arm is loose" . I even offered to pay to have them fixed, but no joy. Courtney had a good look, no loose springs only a loose screw which needed to be tightened up, not only 1 pair of glasses but another pair had the same problem of loose screw, which were fixed at the same time, I will definitely recommend to family and friends any time, again Courtney a very BIG THANK YOU⭐🌹

Easy booking system. Optician listed to my concerned and explained how my vision had changed. Good range of glasses at a variety of prices. Optional extras were explained and offered but not pushed which is a welcome change. Not yet received my glasses so cant rate them.

The staff were brilliant in particular the lady who helped my mum with choosing her frames...she was very courteous and customer focused...unfortunately I cannot recall her name but she was great. She had 2 yellow star stickers on her name badge if that helps.
