Fantastic service! Nothing was an issue. Li is the most skilled and informative optician I could've asked for. She was happy to answer any questions I had and her service was thorough. The staff on the front desk were really welcoming and attentive. Thank you for my check up and see you in 2 years!

Best eye exam I have ever had, in 30 odd years of needing specs! Very thorough, and explained things all the way through. I now understand my eyes more than I ever have. Lovely friendly staff. There was a proper handover after the examination, rather than just being abandoned in the waiting area for the next member of staff to pick up the clip board. After being a Specsavers customer for 25 years I'll not go back, Boots all the way for me now.
