j. e.Went in late afternoon, not realising they closed at 5 and not 6 like the other high street shops. I had had a glasses emergency and needed a new pair as well as an eye test, the lady at the front desk booked me in for an appointment 10 mins later, i was seen by a really helpful optician, who listened to me and helped me to get the prescription i needed in a timely and professional manner. At this point it was 40 mins till closing, but the team downstairs helped me in picking frames (especially as i am a very indecisive person!), sorted the lenses there and then and i had a new pair of glasses and lenses 10 mins before closing. A massive thanks to the team, who were all lovely and helpful and would recommend this optician to anyone who asked me where i got my specs from !
