Very impressed with the whole experience. Received a call to check I still wanted the appointment a couple of days before which was a good reminder too. The staff were swift to del with me, no hanging around, but at no time felt rushed. Everyone I spoke to and met was very friendly, courteous and professional.

After a bad experience elsewhere, I decided to try Vision Express. As I am under an Ophthalmic Consultant at the hospital for various eye problems I took my letter with me. The girls on the front desk are exceptional, they listen, they were polite and friendly and the most helpful I have found in years of having eye tests. The Optician herself was professional and very thorough. She listened to my problems and scanned my Hospital letter onto my notes. I was impressed with the professionalism of Vision Express and have already told them how much I value their customer service. Following my very professional and thorough eye examination I went to choose new spectacles. I was not pushed into spending a fortune like I have been elsewhere. To sum up I would highly recommend the front of house staff and the Opticians at Vision Express. Should have gone to Vision Express in the first place. Thank you Vision Express in Tesco Lincoln for an excellent experience.

Straight in on time customer service was excellent! the lady that did my eye test was very informative about my prescription and very polite. I went on the vision express website uploaded my prescription and got my glasses for 50 percent less than in store! 👍🏼

The front staff where friendly and the optician made the appointment a pleasant experience.He explained the procedures and the results thoroughly. They where not pushy trying to sell you glasses.I came away from there feeling that they cared about me as a person rather than just a customer.

Because of the whole Covid lockdown situation I was well overdue for an eye test and new glasses. I decided to give Vision Express a go as they are local to me. I made an appointment on line which was very easy and they confirmed by email with a text reminder a couple of days before the appointment date. I arrived a couple of minutes early and after confirming my details had a series of the usual tests done, all safely and wearing masks. Following this, I saw the optician who carried out the detailed eye examination. We had a really good discussion about suitable glasses and then I went to choose. I was pleased to find out about the two for one current offer and ended up with two pairs of great glasses, one as prescription sunglasses for the price of one. Great service from the team. Very professional and really comfortable. Just have to wait a few days for delivery now.

Vision Express - Wragby Road, Lincoln The eye test we broken up in to 2 parts. Part one was taking a photo of the back of my eyes and part 2 was the vision test. Part one: Ann kept my entertained and made it an enjoyable experience just off that I preferred it to my usual eye tests at Boots. Part two: the eye test felt a little rushed but again another good experience. And actually picking the glasses, Ann had the patience of a saint! Helped me find the best pairs for me! Overall would recommend!

Not very good I've had two pairs of glasses from there at Tesco ,both pairs We're unsuccessful, ended up using my Wife's glasses which are perfect and a lot less magnification?? Than the opticians perception. Now going to Boots to get my glasses . Taking my Wife's glasses with me so I can get the glasses I need. Yank Neville.
