S. L.Highly recommend Walter's Opticians in Hykeham. My son recently got a fragment of wood in his eye whilst at work. On phoning Walters, I explained he had been at A&E the previous evening and was still waiting on an appointment. The receptionist advised that if we had still not heard anything by midday to call Walter's again. I phoned again after 1pm and spoke to another member of staff who had been informed of our situation (good communication) and my son was given an immediate appointment. After examining my son's eye, they personally phoned the eye clinic at the hospital for us and managed to arrange an appointment for that afternoon because they cared enough about the discomfort he was experiencing. All staff are kind, professional and helpful and clearly go above and beyond.
