Absolutely outstanding care. I attended my appointment today, and every Covid-19 safeguarding measure was implemented. I felt incredibly safe, and all staff were delightful. I was examined today by optometrist Nicola Graham, and she was wonderful, explaining everything exceptionally well. I have been a patient here since the 1970's, although they've rotated around a few sites in Old Swan. I would always recommend coming here, rather than a high street chain.

Very impressed with the high standard of care. I even get reminders for my appointment. The staff are always professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I had a very thorough eye test using the latest equipment. I saw Clare first who explained everything very clearly as we went through the first set of tests, then Jo the optometrist who did the eye examination and explained clearly all the results of the test. They were both very professional. A big Thank You to Jenny who tried so hard to repair the damaged frame on my reading glasses. I have been coming to Old Swan for many years now and all of the staff are always very friendly and professional and nothing is to much trouble. Always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend the Old Swan branch.

Really impressed with the standard of care. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My eye test was really thorough using the latest equipment and the optometrist, Joanne, was excellent answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Went in for a repair that my normal opticians couldn't do. The girl was very friendly and helpful. Looked round while was waiting and found a frame I liked. After helpful advice I have booked an appointment for my test next week and will be purchasing from there

Having been specsavers customers for years we all felt that we weren't getting the service we wanted. It was very impersonal, with big machines instead of optical glasses and getting the lenses fitted properly. So, we switched to Millican who tested our eyes properly and thoroughly and explained everything that was being done and why. We cannot fault them at all. I now have 20/20 vision! All the staff are warm, friendly and professional. We are so pleased we switched.
