Great place, well organised and lovely staff. Went late on a Saturday afternoon. Triage was almost immediate and we were seen by a nurse practitioner within about half an hour. Team is a credit to the NHS.

Because of our local GP’s incompetence and not a care for our 3 year old son who has had a high fever for the past week, we had to take him to the walk in which the staff quickly transferred him to alder hey, they even paid for the taxi. Thank you for your help

I visited today with my daughter and I honestly was overwhelmed by the staff. So fantastic with my little one, quick diagnosis (which her usual doctor missed only hours earlier) and made to feel so at ease! Fabulous, kind staff! Can't rate high enough.

I found that the service itself was fine, particularly on a very busy day. However, on such a busy day, with a waiting area full of very young children, would not have been better to put some children's programmes on the waiting room television rather than the BBC football coverage. It's possible it could have aided some of the parents in keeping their children calm and relaxed.

since my drs became so difficult to get an appointment ive been going here with my kids. I cant tell you how nice every 1 of the staff are here. From reception to nurses their amazing. If i could recommend it i would but nobody really wants to go haha but thanks to all the staff you are amazing xx

I took my granddaughter Saturday 8:30pm, luckily it was quiet, she was seen efficiently by pleasant nurses, and diagnosed and treated straight away. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you all.

Arrived at 1010 Saturday morning, and was seen to, tested and drugged up by 1045. No long waits and the staff were very friendly. I was 6th in a que, so was expecting to wait longer but was dealt with very efficiently, well done walk in centre.

The entrance to the Childrens Walk In Carpark is Titherington Way and NOT Asda carpark. It looks like a housing estate but the carpark is tucked in behind and the Entrance to the building is on the Pharmacy side
