B. F.My personal experience of this particular branch of opticians wad not good; the staff were overworked and rushed off their feet. There was an apparent break down in communication between two staff members over my contact lenses, so when I arrived, having booked an appointment, to pick them up, I couldn't for various complex reasons that were never fully explained to me. In addition, the staff are not technology adept and so some struggle to book appointments using their computer system, or book them forbthe wrong time on the wrong date. The only saving grace here is that the shop itself is tidy and well organised and 50% of the opticians who work there are kind and effective.
C. H.Optician, Chris, has a reassuring manner. He diagnosed my cataract and referred me for surgery when necessary. The staff team are really helpful and pleasant.

B. F.Poped in today as lost little screw from my glasses, there was a problem with the frame and it took lots of trying but the staf was lovely and didn't give up and got the glasses fixed. Very happy with the service.
