I was nervous about taking my daughters here as one suffers with her eyes and the other worries a lot. Kevin was so good with them and talked us through the whole process and what each piece of equipment does. He is very knowledgeable and made my girls and I feel very comfortable.

Hi my husband Peter who is in his 70s had an appointment today with a audiologist named Jodie in there kirkby liverpool branch as he has tinnitus and neaded his old tinnitus hearing aids repaired I would just like to say how kind and understanding Jodie was to my husband who has dementure she was so patiant with him, he was given a thorough examination and received free a brand new pair of tinnitus hearing aids with 4 years worth of free batterys and a brilliant after sales service if i could give her 6 stars I would thank you for looking after my husband regards Sharron

very professional staff members. With great knowledge of there products. Went for a eye test ended up buying 3 pairs for a reasonable price. The store is huge very spacious and clean. Slight wait but didn’t mind browsing while I waited. They had a hearing pod “don’t know what you call it” but did a hearing test with the headphones. My hearing is fine but good to know for the future that I can get some hearing aids. I’ve always lived in Liverpool & and will always go to spec savers Kirkby “free eye test & free hearing test!! Great service 10 stars

Definitely a great experience, such a great bunch of happy people. A real credit to Specsavers opticians. Got a free eye test and was told about a free hearing test which is good to know. Picked a nice pair of designer frames on the buy one get one free offer. Happy with my glasses ready next day.

Great service by staff. New machine call the OCT hospital grade machine, great to check the eyes in more detail. Ended up with 2 new designer frames with the ultra clear. Much cheaper than boots opticians. Saved £149. Live in Liverpool these were offering free eye test and free hearing test. Not all specsavers offer free eye test vouchers.

Updated review - 10th April 2021. Grand National Day 🏇🏇🏇🏇🏇 As a specs wearer of 50½ years 'gulp' I use Specsavers as my go to optician. I've been today to pick my new glasses up after an eye test 2 weeks ago which was conducted professionally/thoroughly and using the latest high tec equipment ✅ I was then attended to by Cathy! She was super knowledgeable in all things glasses and helped me choose two pairs. One distance/one reading. These eyes are getting old! 👀 Today, I picked em up! Again I was greeted with a cheery 'hello' by non other than the lovely Cathy! She checked&fitted my new specs which I am absolutely made up with - brilliant! The build quality, comfort and clarity of my new specs are spot on. Really happy. None other than first class service here. Great staff who know their stuff - a brilliant selection of glasses Including designer frames and a quick turn around. Just to add . . . people like Cathy are an absolute credit to their employers and the public. They breathe life and glitter into the workplace and make people smile whilst delivering a 110% professional service. The world would be a duller place without these people. Cathy, thank you! Excellent service by specsavers Kirkby. First time I’ve used these guys. Normally use sea world in Fazakerley. Lots of frames on display and the staff went out if there way to help me . No pushy sales staff. Thanks again I’ll be back next year

Best opticians in Liverpool can’t fault them in anyway customer service was spot on. Nice selection of frames and sunglasses one the largest stores I’ve seen in Liverpool . hearing aids available didn’t know specsavers did them good to know for future. Also got contact lenses trail free for the first month.

Bit frustrated today, waited 20 minutes for my contact lenses as they could not find them. The employee check d a cupboard three times, I explained the packaging twice yet they were searching amongst different packaging. Cut a long story short the cupboard was checked again and their they were 😏 annoyed.
