1st Time used this branch, took my parents as well. Have to say and I'm in ophthalmology research so know eyes really well, they are fantastic. Great customer service, friendly. Opticians very thorough, and explain everything. Its a cost but I'd recommend the OCT scan as these scans can tell retinal health, as well as what eye condition youmay have. Recommend as my mum likes them, then so do I.

Called in unannounced and asked if they could repair my glasses. The lady was most accommodating, replaced the nose pads and tightened the frame- they feel like a new pair of glasses. Well done, great service

Wouldn't go anywhere else! My son lacks confidence and when we realised he needed glasses he was in meltdown, therefore I told him I would have an eye test with him so he could see there was nothing to worry about. Came here and the staff were amazing with him, within minutes he was relaxed and happy. Both were tested and both needed glasses 🤓 We got some lovely sunglasses for our jollies too... Two years on he’s 12 and we’ve moved away to Greater Manchester and we won’t go anywhere else, the service, friendliness, professionalism and selection of frames is worth the drive. Thanks so much for looking after him and making him feel that wearing glasses is perfectly normal...(He looks gorgeous in them).

Cheery welcome to the store and social distancing regulations observed. Sanitising station(s) available and equipment cleaned and sanitised prior to use. Thorough eye examination and considerate explanation of procedures throughout. Age has and is taking it's toll on my eyes, I was given very clear and good advice on how to protect and prevent further damage. The consultation was not hurried and I felt confident and comfortable throughout. I was not pressured into buying new glasses, however, was assisted in choosing a new pair. Huge thank you to everyone at Maghull Specsavers.

Excellent service at Specsavers, as always. All staff are clearly well trained and highly knowledgeable. The customer service was great even though I visited on a busy Saturday, which was also kept to the same standard upon my return to collect my new frames, a few days later.
