Outstanding, person centred opticians. Despite being busy staff still give really good customer service. My one gripe with the branch building, was that the room I had my eye test in was really small, and the chair really low, which changed the angle I was looking at the screen, meaning I couldn't see all of it. The optician and I had to swap chairs!

Very friendly and professional. Staff went out of their way to help out with the choosing of my new glasses as I couldn't decide which to go for. Assistant was very nice and honest with her personal opinion of what the glasses looked like on me (which is what I asked for (honesty)). Would definitely recommend to anyone. Entrance is flat so ideal for disabled people. Sadly the nearest you can park is in the side streets or the roads opposite.

Was very well looked after in here. Sometimes you have to wait a while in here. With the high amount of elderly customers, I find it bizarre that I was asked to go to a pub about 100 yards away for toilet facilities- this despite the fact that I had been in there for over an hour already. In the absence of customer toilets, the staff toilets should at least be made available.
