I've been a customer here for over 15 years. I really appreciate the personalised treatment that I get from a local business. After care is outstanding, and nothing is too much trouble. Not content with standing still the practice is constantly investing in up to date technology to enable provision of top quality eyecare. As long as I'm in Liverpool I'll be using this business.

I have left a 3 star review giving the benefit of doubt that this place was recommended to me by friends and family. I haven’t had any treatments But the service I received over the phone was a horrible experience with a woman. I can’t quite understand how my friends and family got as far as making an appointment ??? ....seriously she must be new ....whoever the lady is that is answering the calls, needs her attitude checking ! So rude, never came across a woman like her so patronising ! How rude of her to talk over me whilst I haven’t finished what I wanted to say and ask ! and then get the wrong end of the stick and have ago at me ! If she had let me finish, her tone of voice wouldn’t be talking down to me with the misunderstanding ! And then have the cheek to say shes trying to be helpful ?! Certainly did not feel that way ! It felt like she had a moment previously with someone else before me .. defo needs training again... as I felt she was lost in her job.
If a customer has questions, it’s because they wanted to make a informed decision before making an appointment. No need to be all defensive as they’re were no accusations.
She is representing the company and having an attitude like that...? That really reflects on the company... Shame, my initial intentions were to enquire but because of the unpleasant call... she’s pushed me away as I could have been a potential customer.
