Staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Ryan. Considering it was a busy day and I hadn't made an appointment to get lenses fitted to my new frames. I wasn't just welcomed and comforted as I was stressed no one would be able to help.
I was well looked after in a very respectful, professional, really straightforward and explained thoroughly.
Much appreciated guys, will be coming back soon for my eye tests and new set of glasses as well.
s. v.Pleasant peaceful experience with helpful knowledgable staff . Previously went to a very busy spec shop with too many people waiting - with onus on choosing the glasses - much preferred this. And also got good helpful advice regarding eyes and going to the doctors .
