On a return visit for a prescription, the staff were very helpful, I had to take my children with me and they were involved by the staff with my choice of frames. Excellent excellent service.

I want to especially mention Anne, the manager, and Louise, who both advised me on which glasses to go for. The whole experience was very pleasant, which, in this current climate, when we are all anxious, was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Vision Express, in particular the Livingston branch.

j. M.So... I turned up at the right time but wrong month. Fortunately they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in. Because of the lockdowns I badly needed to be tested and needed new rims as one of the legs had broken off my current prescription. Because my breathing is compromised I have to take my time and have to say the ladies patience and understanding knew no bounds which I greatly appreciated. I don't do well in enclosed spaces so was able to take breaks and again it was no problem. Looking forward to going back for my new prescription.... Thanks again ladies

M. R.Had my eyes tested here about a month ago. The optician was really friendly and all elements of the test were explained to me clearly before being carried out. Would recommend for a test.
I was recommended some eye drops for dry eyes and I was shocked when told they were £11! I wish I had said not to bother at the time as I think that is extortionate!
I wasn't impressed by the range of glasses and went elsewhere to buy glasses.
