S. _.Exceptional service! The staff were so polite and knowledgeable! I managed to get a same-day appointment without any problems. Dr Patel made me feel extremely comfortable, explained everything she was doing during my MEC appointment and why. She really put me at ease and I left with a deeper understanding of what was wrong with my eye and the best way to care for it at home. I would HIGHLY recommend!
S. G.Dr Patel was able to see me at very short notice for a minor eye condition. She was incredibly helpful and kind, prescribing me antibiotic eye drops which quickly made my eye heal. I woke up incredibly stressed and within hours was seen. Dr Patel also called a few days later to check that the eye drops were working, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend A Ray Eyecare as they are incredibly efficient.
