C. H.Exemplary service: overall very efficient, a comprehensive exam, knowledgeable by way of science as well as practicality, welcoming and friendly! It is evident that they take pride in their work and the service they provide. I’ve never enjoyed an eye exam, or really any exam, quite as much as this one!
M. H.(from 25 year old, accountant) Originally I called the other optometrist on the Northcote but they said that I would have to pay an additional £30 on top of the eye care voucher from work. I gave MB Bellmore a call and they said I did not have to pay an additional charge. Furthermore, they were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and when it turned out my eyes were not in need of glasses but instead some special training, the optometrist recommended a number of options and wrote a personalised letter to the City University so that I could get eye training.
Brilliant service. Recommended for both young and old given the other customers in the opticians shop room being looked after.
