B. R.Incredible customer service when compared to a typical high-street franchise, really sets them apart. I had gone in for an eye test, which I had already paid a deposit for, but instead of ticking boxes and collecting the rest of the money for the test. My optometrist had a discussion with me and suggested what was best for me in my particular issue. She refunded my deposit and encouraged me to return to them once my particular issue with Specsavers had been resolved.
