F. W.Really lovely local opticians with really kind sweet staff who make you feel really looked after. The lady who works here is super sweet and cleared a little seat for me and my boyfriend to sit down in whilst she tried to fix my glasses for me.They have such an array of frames some vintage ones and really unusual colours and designs. I got my favourite butterfly frames fitted with baby blue sunglass prescription lenses 🦋🦋the eye test was really fun i love the sound of the little glass disks being placed in the testing glasses slot still the old fashioned style of testing which i love, i wonder how many eyes have looked through the glass clarifying the world around us. i find it so soothing. lovely place highly recommend
C. R.Helpful and friendly customer service. I lost a nose pad on my Lindberg air titanium rim glasses and went to Bromptons for a replacement. Since I was there, they also disassembled the frames to give them a good clean, and replaced the silicone temple tips as well as the nose pads, all for a reasonable price. Done within the hour and now my glasses are like new. Thank you!

M. C.Excellent customer care & choice of frames. I went in because the chain opticians who'd done my test didn't have the frames I was looking for, Bromptons had a wider choice of styles. I had a few problems with my new glasses (we realised my prescription, from the chain optician, was wrong) and Bromptons' helpful staff got everything sorted -- the owner even dropped off my new specs at my workplace! A much better experience than the chains -- recommended.

I tend to use contact lenses myself and they're always happy to let me try new brands. Communication is always good as well - they send out courtesy calls when my orders are ready.
