I am really impressed with Clearvision, a huge selection to choose from, I was spoilt for choice. I popped in the boutique with my husband, came out an hour or so, later😄 with glasses that complimented my face and made me look sassy, yet professional where I can wear for work and special occasions. Maybe slightly more expensive than high Street chain opticians. However the service is superb, and the selection of designer (and non designer) frames is vastly superior to the competition. The actual optician is very professional and knowledgeable, and they have all the latest equipment. I have been getting my glasses here once (sometimes twice) a year for the past five years, and the glasses (frames, lenses, & prescription) and the service have always been excellent. Highly recommended.

Professional, efficient and friendly independent opticians. Customer service was excellent. Optician conducting my eye test was really professional. The sales team go out of their way take help you make the right choice on glasses and lenses. They are not just trying to ring up sales; they genuinely want to make sure you are happy. BTW this little shop has a large selection of really cool frames to choose from. I also needed a temporary pair of glasses to keep me going until my new glasses arrived. No problem here; the team re-cut my old lenses and put them into a pair of glasses ready for me to take away the same day. My new glasses arrived two days earlier than promised too. Every aspect of service I received was faultless. I will never go anywhere else for eye tests and glasses. I highly recommend this shop. Well done to the whole team at Clearvision - you really delivered and I absolutely love my new glasses and the new transition lens colour (bottle green).

Very friendly optician; went in for a routine eye test at the end of the day and was surprised to find I needed glasses. As it was so late in the day I offered to come back another time, but I was assured it was no problem and they spent so much time with me picking the right pair (I'm very fussy and indecisive!) My frames were sorted there and then. When I found a small mark on my frames they replaced them within a week with no questions asked. Very professional and welcoming, highly recommend if you are new to wearing glasses or new to the area!

Very good customer service again. They were happy to let me try on different style frames and offer advice. But just a few small things, I felt very rushed into paying my balance when collecting my order. I spent a lot of money and wanted to make sure the order was right and my glasses fitted properly. Also if a customer asks for a written receipt, it shouldn’t be questioned. Your normal receipts don’t always have the full order details such as the actual prescription.

I have been a loyal customer of Clearvison for over 15 years, there frames are always good quality frames fitted with the brilliant HD lenses. One of my frames broke which were at least three years old. I brought it back to Clearvsion to see if they could repair it or not. The Manager searched high and low for a number of weeks trying to locate a replacement arm but with no avail, consequently she replaced the complete frame, with the same brand (Givenchy) but with the latest model because the original ones were now obsolete. I was absolutely surprised by this outcome and I really do appreciate that the Manager had gone the extra mile. That goes to show there dedication to there customers. I thank you!

I went to a private hospital for a check up and the receptionist mistook me for Dionne Warwick. I went to enquire about a property and the Agent thought that it was the million plus properties I was enquiring about. Both the Agent and Receptionist said they had reached the conclusion upon seeing me in 'those shades'. I just love my shades! The service,on all occasions,were excellent. I thought if I go through Oxford street, Regent street or even Knightsbridge I'll find the perfect pair. Even I was a bit sceptic because the location on my arrival I was blown away by the selection of glasses and friendly staff.
