The person who carried on the examination was very helpful in providing information and explaining each steps of the process. The lady at reception was really helpful too, great communication and had the perfect attitude towards helping me find the right frames.
Finally, the owner did the prescription super fast and it was apparent that he goes above and beyond with all his customers to ensure a great quality and level of service is provided. I would definitely favour going there against a high-street chain. It is nice and refreshing to see that this type of business is still here to offer a personable high-quality service.
