M. M.I already have a pair of sunglasses from Cubitts which I love, therefore when I needed glasses it was a no-brainer. I popped in to the Covent Garden store yesterday to pick some frames for my first pair of glasses. The guys in store were extremely helpful in providing advice on what suited me, helping with sizes and fit. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. I often expect to get swarmed and upsold for these types of things but the guys made me feel very comfortable. Piers was especially helpful and also speedily updated the delivery details over email when I realised my glasses were being sent to my old address in error. Shame I can only give 5 stars. Top top brand and customer service 👌🏼 I want another pair of sunnies for summer and won't think twice where to go...
A. Z.I've had a really great experience when visiting Cubitts at Covent Garden this afternoon. I went there to find a new frames and have my eye-exam done as well. I must to say that the customer service was amazing, people who work there were very knowledgable and kind. This has been a first time when I went for my eye examination in London and I was really anxious about it - but there was totally no reason to be scared of anything as the optometrist was really friendly and she has given me also plenty of advises on how to take more care about my eyes.
Additionally, the shop interiors give a nice and warm vibe of a little English vintage boutique where a qualified staff is giving a very personalised approach in helping you to select perfect glasses.
I would definitely recommend this store to everyone in need of the glasses and eye-test!

If you love quality and sustainable products, you’ll definitely adore the wide selection of handmade glasses from Cubitts. And, their glasses are proudly British made too!
During my visit, the customer service was amazing and it felt so personalised (and not rushed). I bought a new pair of glasses, which has a compatible clip-on sunglasses. I am extremely impressed with it and it’s so easy to use. On a side note, I will definitely try their bespoke service when I am due to renew my glasses in the near future.
