Had my M1209 Dark Turtle repaired here, after our baby daughter broke the half-joint to one arrm rendering the frames unwearable. Cutler & Gross no longer sell this particular model in the colour, and therefore I reluctantly considered having to replace them having had them for years. They said they could repair for a very reasonable £50.00 within 7 - 10 working days. I posted the frames to them and received the frames in 8 working days. Not only wear the team very helpful, but they also cleaned and polished the frames like new. Thank you. Highly recommend.

I've been using this store for years and the service and level of customer interaction is exemplary. Salvatore listens to customer requirements and assists in helping to make the correct choice in a patient and connected manner. The team on the front desk are extremely pleasant and responsive even during rather tough times. Highly recommended and you really do get what you pay for.

Some people might think frames are expensive here, but you are paying for more than frames. The excellent customer service is worth every penny here. The staff are very polite and helpful, and they don't give you the hard sell. They really want to give you glasses that will look great and meet your needs. I have recommended them to a few colleagues who have been very impressed with the care and attention to detail.

Quality frames (and lenses) at premium prices. With lenses, be prepared to pay north of £700.00 or much more. My last pair has lasted 2.5 years and counting. Service is hit or miss depending on who you get... one of the staff is very helpful and very friendly. The other staff member is aloof and not helpful at all. Regarding the exam, the optician is friendly, knowledgable and professional.
