B. E.I’ve been a wearer of Cutler & Gross for well over a decade and a loyal customer at the Spitalfields store pretty much since it opened.
Euan Knight has been looking after me for sometime and I wanted to simply send you a quick email to thank him and his colleague Saban Shareef for helping me out and providing a wonderful personal service.
After ordering some new frames after my beloved 0772’s unfortunately recently falling off my face whilst riding my bicycle and subsequently being run over by a passing car needed some new prescription frames asap.
I’m a photographer by trade so perfect eyesight is imperative to focus, which I’ve been informed is an important part of the photographic process.
After offering his help to get the new frames and lenses rushed through for the following week, there was unfortunately a technical issue from Bristol and the lenses needed to be redone, delaying the order…
Euan and his colleague went beyond the call of duty to arrange a cover pair with my now new prescription for early next week so I can work and focus without any issues.
In a day and age where personal service seems to be a dying art, I must say it’s refreshing to feel that your money and loyal service isn’t taken for granted.

They took their time to help me find the right glasses for me and when I had a request for frames which were no longer in stock, they flew a pair in from LA for me!
Communication was excellent every step of the way and now I have my glasses, I feel fabulous!

N. S.I suppose wearing glasses will become an option to all as we age. So when I was looking for glasses (with no conviction, as didn't need them I was only 50) a friend suggest I come here.
What I liked most was the conviction of the team, when I picked what I wanted to wear - they pointed out that what I needed was a pair of glasses to look through, to see things, that worked practically and then they gave me a selection that worked, to suit my face.
I guess that I'm always complimented about them, they suit and I can see stuff, its all good. - today they adjusted the arms - love them.

Z.we visit this shop at 23 of FEB during our trip in london , my wife like very much one of the models but she didn't want to buy Because she want to see more models in Amsterdam our next destination , but all over Amsterdam she didnt find sun gluss that she like the same that she saw in Cutler and Gross spitalfields, when we backed home to Israel i started to email with Mr Euan and answer by email to any question we asked , and after 10 days our email correspondence started my wife hold in her hand the Sunglasses that she so loved, the world is so small when you meet people like Mr Euan that know to Serve out of love to his customers , thank you again for sure we'll visit you again in our next trip to London :) Smadar & Effi from Israel
