The nose grip on my glasses had broken so I went to Eye Emporium to see if they would help fix it. Even though I hadn’t previously been a customer, they helped me straight away and for no fee. Excellent customer service! I will definitely go back there when looking for my next pair of glasses.

I came to Eye Emporium Opticians Acton to see if they could fix my Channel sunglasses. I had previously been turned away by Specsavers and was delighted when they said they fix my sun glasses on site. They fixed them in 24 hours and were very professional, honest and helpful. I was expecting to be charged a large bill because my glasses are designer but they were very reasonable and I'm very happy I visited them.

I was extremely impressed with the high quality of care and professionalism in Eye Emporium... As soon as I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff.... Mo in particular and was seen by the Optometrist Hamed and he put you at ease with his friendly, professional expertise.... The examination was thorough and I was given a step by step guide of what was happening all the way through my eye 👁‍🗨 examination... I was given a complimentary drink and today, Saturday 26th June 2021, I picked up my glasses 👓 and they were excellent.... I cannot thank the wonderful staff for their kind help and would definitely recommend Eye Emporium to my family and friends.... My Daughter said she is going to join as well....
