L.If I could give 10 stars, I would, especially to Nadia - the optician who I had appointment with. Nadia is the kindest, most attentive and knowledgeable optician I've ever met. Even though, my eyes have a lot of complications, Nadia is patient and take time to assess, she also offered another check up to make sure my eyes are ok.
In terms of glasses and price, the lens I have are of great quality - they said it is top of the range. Price is unbeatable - I've had my glasses done at other big optician chains and it was 20-30% more expensive than here.
Overall, amazing experience. I will recommend this place to friends and family. I also wish Nadia all the best and hope to see you again in my next visit

C. E.The services I receive from this branch are normally very good and the staff are friendly and helpful but the service that I received on this one occasion was quite the opposite. I received a text from them stating that my son’s new lenses had arrived. So I called to check if it was ok to go after work. The member of staff that I spoke to sounded new and a voice I didn’t recognise. She didn’t ask for my son’s name or date of birth which they normally do. She said that the lenses were ready (how did she know if she didn’t ask for my son’s name??) and that the technician was available and asked if I could be there one hour before they closed. After getting there just after 5:30pm, I was informed that the technician had left at 5pm. On their website, it doesn’t state what days the technician is available and between what times. I was not a happy customer on this day! They said they would call me when the technician is there but I don’t think they’ll call. Any more mistakes and I think I’ll take my son elsewhere.

They also have a wide range of lenses (varifocal, plastic, high refraction, grey tint? I'm wearing them) and they deliver the spectacles on time. I'm staying with Eye Emporium until my eyes drop out!

You can't get better service than this one honestly, at specsavers they look like robots formatted to sell sell sell, in Eye Emporium you feel like at home! :)
