The range of glasses is also great and they really know their stuff to guide you to exactly the right set of specs for you. I've also had several eye appointments here and have been highly satisfied. I recently visited the store, did mg eye test and got a pair of new glasses. The end to end experience is very good, everyone I met is professional, friendly and patient. Shout out to Kam who were very patient in helping me adjusting the frame and made sure they fit well.

The service was excellent: flexible with appointments and always professional and expert service and guidance given. Kam spent a great deal of time securing the German frames of my choice despite the obstacles of Brexit, Covid and manufacturing issues. She arranged an appointment with the agent of the manufacturer and secured my frames. She went well beyond my previous opticians who were indifferent and I will be using Eyediology from now on.

As a family we have had a uniformly Excellent experience with Eyediology . Most recently I broke my frames , Kam at Eyediology managed to track down the perfect silhouette frame, and speed up delivery by reusing my existing lenses . Eyediology really go above and beyond, and are a far better experience in every way than the larger chains like Vision Express. They are absolutely fantastic and we need more local businesses like them.

Cannot recommmend this place highly enough. Not only are they caring, efficient and friendly their eye testing is first class. On my first visit some years ago the optometrist I saw spotted an anomaly in one eye, a tiny white spot. If this had always been there, nothing to worry about, but if it was recent, it was a cause for concern. I was immediately referred to a specialist at UCH, who confirmed that it was a birth defect. No one else had ever spotted this. Thier prices are good too and there is great range of frames. Good luck with your precious eyesight

Excellent service, I needed two arm sleeves for my Gotti glasses as I had lost one and making wearing them uncomfortable. Aimee came to my rescue and organised for them to be available at the City branch for my collection. As always Eyediolgy were very professional and staff excellent! Thank you

Excellent experience all round. Both myself and my husband had our eyes tested. The test was extremely thorough. Jo was extremely helpful in helping me choose the shape of glasses that best suited my prescription. My husband was told that he didn't need new glasses so all totally above board. The staff were knowledgeable, honourable and personable. Excellent.

Eyediology is superb for eye care and also for purchasing eye glasses and sunglasses. I have been going to them almost 10 years and not don't even live in the country but plan to still pop round every 1.5 years or so to have Ravi do my eye exams. He is thorough, professional and you can tell loves his job. So if you need special care and attention (or even if you don't!) I highly recommend in particular him for your exams. Eyediology really goes the extra mile to make sure its clients are not one off but long-term and repeat customers. I have been only too happy to travel to them as I think the service all around is superb. The shop staff have also historically been very honest and constructive when looking at eye wear. The last think I want is someone to lie to me and tell me something looks great when it doesn't at all. I feel I have gotten really quality and honest feedback from the staff on purchasing eye wear. So all in all, I would not hesitate if you are thinking about paying them a visit. And super easy to get to by Tube!
