k. s.Really lovely opticians seen some 1 star reviews on here they are completely false!!! The receptionist Marie so friendly and kind the customer service is on point. I have had to cancel two appointments then managed to attend my third they were so understanding. There service is fantastic really go out there way to help most importantly listen to you and give you the right prescription. 10/10 I would recommend anyone to come to this opticians!!!
K.The opening hours are good for people on benefits. Since I am working 9 to 5 Mon-Fri I am always struggling to come to this optitian.

M.If anyone that's left a one star review comes across this again I would suggest that you please remove or alter your review because these people do no deserve to have such a bad rating! I booked in and had my eye test done without anyone being rude to me, I was told the "rude receptionist" is no longer there and the one that is present is very kind and polite, the eye test itself was a pleasant experience- quick and simple!
S. G.I took my daughter to this opticians and found the service to be very good. Glad to say we did not encounter any grumpy old females. If I had she would have heard my mind quite clearly. :)
