c. h.Had an excellent first time visiting experience at Hanwell Eyecare Centre today. Not only were Nesh, Dipesh and his mum extremely professional. I found they were very accommodating and friendly which shone out with their outstanding service. As I have relocated from North now to West London, I am more at ease knowing I have found My opticians who have put my predecessor out in the shade. So to sum up Hanwell Eyecare Centre, honesty? I really cannot find any faults with their processes of eye testing to choosing my frames etc. So thank you for your kind service today, you've got yourselves one happy regular customer 🙂
A. N.Had an excellent experience with Hanwell Eyecare Centre. Having been to a number of the high street opticians and experienced bad service, unannounced price hikes and frames that didn't suit me (not their fault of course, but none of the staff who helped me find frames ever got it right). Hanwell Eyecare Centre got the entire experience right - they were able to see me quickly without much hassle, they're exercising good social distancing, my optician was knowledgeable and got the right prescriptions, I had someone spend a lot of time and effort with me and found the perfect spectacles, and they were ready in 3 days. You can't ask for a better experience than I received (and for less than the high street impersonal chains) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
M. W.I have been getting my glasses for a number of years at Hanwell Eyecare centre, as always outstanding service, the staff are very helpful with impeccable manners. I will continue to use this place , my new glasses are ready with in a week any issues with a loose screw or tightening off the frames, they are fixed immediately.

So pleased that I decided to drop in after being unable to find suitable frames in a busy chain where staff didn't have time to provide a decent service. P. G.I am delighted with my new glasses. The general eye care (annual check ups for glaucoma etc) is excellent too. The opening times could be more user-friendly though; it would be nice not to have to take time off work to get to an appointment.
G. A.I received my multi focal glasses but I am not satisfied with the quality of the lenses. The design of the lenses enables me to use only a very narrow part of lenses in middle of each side of glasses. Wide area at two sides of each lens looks useless. In result of poor design of lenses I have to move my head around to be able to manage my work.
My glasses is not comparable with my colleagues’ glasses in terms of performance. I don’t feel comfortable with multi focal glasses at all.
I had a very professional eye test but I wouldn’t recommend you to buy multi focal glasses from this center.
