B.I have been attending Harley Bains for several years and would never go elsewhere; he is extremely thorough, always prepared to spend time getting the right perscription/options and his staff are equally professional and patient. The whole team want the best, and give their best, to their customers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Oh, and they are so helpful with picking flattering glasses from their extensive range.

He took time and effort to actually listen to my concerns, conduct the relevant tests over a period of time and then explained the outcome clearly, reassuringly and realistically. He picked up on my eye problems and referred me promptly to hospital enabling me to be treated appropriately and preventing further unnecessary damage to my sight. I have total confidence in his expertise and professional, caring attitude. His staff share the same professional, kind and caring attitude.

However, the lady that fits your spectacles and advises you on lenses etc after your eye tests is very abrupt. She is often pushy and rude. I am amazed sometimes because I am a regular customer, yet she has no manners. It can put you off.
