I visited Hendon Opticians in 2020 and it’s been life changing since that time till now. Sapna who is the manager and optician, was very thorough with my examination and recommended a life changing surgery for me that I didn’t even know existed. She followed up by shortlisting the best surgeons for me and saw me through till I had the surgery a year later. I also absolutely love the glasses I got from here. She is amazing and has an amazing collection of frames too.

Very friendly and welcoming opticians centre. She made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly so I understood everything. You can tell that she really cares about your eye health and making sure that your prescription and glasses are perfect for you. I received my glasses the week after my eye test which was amazing! My lens had come out of the frame and the tiny screw could not be found! As I live in Hendon I went to the opticians in Brent Street in Hendon to be met by the most charming young woman who owns the practice. She fitted the lens back in the frame in moments, tightened all the other screws and we had a lovely conversation. It was a short, delightful visit!

Sapna was incredibly helpful when I broke my glasses and needed replacements ASAP. She squeezed me in without an appointment, arranged to courier my new prescription to the suppliers, and texted me when they were ready to pick up. All this within 24 hours!

If there was an option for a commendation then this is a business that deserves it for many reasons. I had to travel in an emergency and there was no way of securing lenses in time and all opticians were closing in half an hour. I contacted more than 10 different opticians and none could help me as they required I book a test and then wait for lenses to be ordered. I was almost about to give up when I came across Hendon Opticians and Contact Lens Centre. Sapna was absolutely amazing in understanding the urgent nature of my request and helped me with everything, as far as even agreeing to meet me in a car park to hand me the lenses as she was closing up when I had contacted her. Easily transferred money into her account and she handed me my lenses. I would recommend this business to absolutely anyone. Sapna is the kind of person to go above and beyond and all people in the customer service industry can learn a thing or two from her. Keep up the great attitude, kindness and energy. Look forward to coming in as a regular.

The most amazing Opticians in Hendon!! During lockdown I broke my glasses. I called the mobile number of the owner, she told me to send in my glasses on the same day. The lady repaired them so well I had no need to buy a new pair. However, now that they are open again, I bought 2 pairs from Hendon Opticians simply because they are so great here. Not only is the lady so helpful, honest and polite always, she goes above and beyond to help, even on her day off!! Never have I met an Opticians like this. Thank you.

This is easily the best Opticians in London. The lady who owns Hendon Opticians is a real testament to the community in Hendon. It's safe to say she goes above and beyond to help everyone. Amazing!!!! I came to hendon opticians after my regular optician got my prescription wrong (twice). They are extremely friendly and very professional, and made me the perfect glasses. For 25 years i tried to use contact lenses, and in fact I gave up on trying to ware contacts as I have sensitive eye, hendon opticians matched me with the perfect lenses and my life has been transformed!!! They were sooo patient until we got the right ones. Very happy with them and already recommended them to friends and family.

I collected my reading glasses and sunglasses today. The reading glasses are extremely comfortable and I can see everything I need to. My sunglasses are simply amazing. The fact that you can wear them in the sun and there's no glare is indescribable. So many of my friends suffer from glare issues and since collecting mine I feel like a walking advert and hope everyone else can benefit from sunglasses like mine which Sapna explained and demonstrated perfectly to me. The polarised lenses are fantastic. They really work just as Sapna showed me on the demonstration in store. I just couldn't believe it, from the first time I stepped out and saw clearly the sun without glare, it was life changing. These glasses are worth every penny. Thank you Hendon Opticians, my 3 sons are happy I came here.
