I came to Infocus because they have the best selection of frames for my style of glasses, including some great up-market ranges for modern office work and a smart casual contemporary look that are really hard to find elsewhere. I've been to infocus opticians twice and both times received good treatment from the staff. place itself is located about a minute from Baker Street, so it wasn't hard getting there. The staff on both occasions were polite, respectful and knew what they were talking about. The eye test itself was seamless and quick (I think around 10-15+- mins), went into the opticians room checked my eye sight etc and concluded taking pictures of my eye. The showroom was exceptional, they provide major brands (I chose Tom Ford) - the glasses where exceptional quality especially the blue light coating. The manager (imranali) was helpful when choosing my specs and he didn't overstep when trying to find my fit but also suggested good options too and made it feel like an experience. All in all, customer service, eye test and experience was good. I've had my specs for around 4 weeks and haven't looked back tbh. Definitely rate this place.

I’ve been going to Infocus for eye tests and my glasses lenses for years. They have always provided the best most up to date eye tests and their advise on lenses has been invaluable. I highly recommend them.

They promised me great customer service. They lied - what I got was the best customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. Eye test - required varifocals. Ordered varifocals for normal day use and Oakley prescription sunglasses for running and cycling. Very competitive pricing (yes, I compared, sorry guys) and great communication after ordering. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer issue with the sunglasses and the blue tint on the varifocals didn’t work for me. Ordinarily this would be a right drama, but Imranali and the team dealt with it all with such grace, humility and support I was astonished. They really are wonderful and all they care about is customer satisfaction. Thank you!

An excellent opticians that I would recommend without hesitation to anyone. I came to Infocus having had a couple of not so great experiences with opticians elsewhere (one very big brand in particular, not naming names). It was a long and fairly complicated story involving eye tests and prescriptions which in retrospect just weren't right. The staff at Infocus took the time to listen to the precise difficulties I'd had, and were able to diagnose exactly where the previous efforts had gone wrong. Most importantly though, the resulting prescription they gave me was just perfect, and after months of my eyes straining against the wrong prescription, I could at last see clearly and easily. I shall always be going to Infocus from now onwards. (In case anyone is wondering, my account name is the name of a rock band project I once had).

Friday I collected my new glasses from Infocus Opticians and I am thrilled. Absolutely superb experience. I can't speak too highly of this business. I visited for new glasses and after a few problems (which they were always happy to resolve) they suggested contact lenses. I was very reluctant to have a go as I was very anxious about the whole idea as well as the hassle. However, they talked me through every single step of the way. From the moment you walk through the doors at in focus opticians you are taken care off. The friendly manner of the staff instantly makes you feel at ease with no pressure to take as long as you need to choose the perfect frames for you. The optometrist did a fantastic job in making sure she got my correct prescription and was very patient with me even when I was inconsistent with almost every answer I gave her when she was testing my eyes! The owner even kept the optician open a little later to ensure he got all my correct measurements for my frames. Once I received my glasses I was extremely happy with them, they fit perfectly and my vision is so clear! Overall I can't recommend infocus opticians enough! If you are in need of a new pair of glasses and want the best patient care and the highest quality of service check them out!

Absolutely awesome experience. My glasses were broken (plastic around the lens) and after going to another optician and being told that they cannot do anything, Infocus Opticians repaired my glasses in only few minutes! They took the time to explain to me that I should return them to the manufacturer, and did all that for free! Shopping for sunglasses sometimes can be daunting, when you feel like you are being rushed or pressured by impatient staff. At Infocus the shopping experience was fantastic! I was able to take my time and find the right pair with the help of Imran who navigated me through the most suitable styles for me. There is a very good selection to choose from and Imran is extremely knowledgeable of the latest trends as well. It’s also worth mentioning that during covid, each pair of glasses which you try on is meticulously sanitised after and you feel that safety of their customers is taken very seriously. What can I say - I'd give this opticians a 6+ if I could. From the great staff, who all give you as much time as is needed, to the final product, I can only say I've experienced excellence! Picked up my new glasses yesterday - admittedly with some trepidation - as my experience over the years with a variety of opticians has always been the same - glasses that looked good but always needed adjustment because (probably due to inaccurate measuring) I could never see through them properly! However, there is a first time for everything, my new glasses are perfect! Put them on and could see perfectly with no residual headache (due to a change of prescription) or the normal funny sensation that the floor is moving up towards me! Recently had an eye examination and ordered lenses for my frame and contact lenses. It was my first experience with them and will surely go back for my next exams. They have modern equipment and they are very skilled opticians. There's a good selection of quality lenses and frames. They're not rushing the consultation and generally the feeling is you can take as much time as you need during the consult and after when you decide what to order. They will explain every step of the process and will happily answer any questions you may have. The examination was thorough and complete, not your average "Savers" consult. The communication is very good and they make sure you get reminders so you don't miss an appointment or collection. Location is very convenient, a couple of minutes from Baker Street Station. This is a really friendly and welcoming local opticians with experienced staff who know their stuff. As well as the standard eye test, you can also have the more detailed scan of the eye if you want to, but there's no high pressure sales pitch. There is a pretty good range of frames, and you can choose lenses from different manufacturers, depending on what you want. These are manufactured to order by specialist companies, not rolled of a production line in store, so you might have to wait a bit longer than the chains that offer same day lenses, but you get what you pay for. There is also an audiologist in store 3 days a week, so you can have your hearing checked there as well.

The eye care at Infocus is exceptional. The eye exams are very thorough, both for vision and health checks, and Tahira listens carefully to any questions, and answers them thoroughly. Great service from Imran, the manager at this branch. There was an issue with a frame we had bought and this was sent to repair. The repair didn't work out (through no fault of In Focus) as there was an issue with the lab. However Imran went out of his way to rectify the issue and provided a great fitting service on my replacement pair of glasses. I had used an online direct company for my last set of varifocals which were kind of ok but I had a feeling the range of vision could have been wider. Before that I'd used a high street store which felt impersonal and I wasn't convinced that my prescription was right despite the high tech appearance of the equipment. I decided to bite the bullet, put my hand in my pocket and pay for a sight test somewhere local to my work with great reviews to see whether there was a marked difference in service and glasses performance. There was!!! The service was first class all the way. I felt they cared, I believed they knew their stuff and there was a good range of current frames to choose from. The staff didn't just send me off to find frames. They discussed in detail my prescription and my needs in and out of work then we chose the frames and lenses to suit my requirements. I couldn't believe my eyes (literally!) when I wore my glasses for the first time. The range and clarity was brilliant. As long as I look after my glasses I would say they were a great investment. I can't thank InFocus enough for the service and product they provided.

As a keen table tennis player competing in leagues and competitions, i felt than wearing contact lenses - i really couldn't get the edge i needed. Table tennis is a sport that is very fast with minimum margin for error, and not feeling confident in hitting the ball really impacted my game. Waering glasses was also a compromise for me. Hence I feel very happy to say that through stellar examination and thought, contact lenses with astigmatism were recommended and the prescription was "tuned" and thoroughly checked up to give me the "edge" I was looking for. My past experience visiting other opticians have failed to live up to Infocus' elite standard really. My old glasses that I've used for the last 3 years were giving me a headache. The shop is some 50 meters away away from my home so it was an obvious choice when I first went there some 10 years ago. I am still going and not just because of the convenience. Through the years staff have changed, but the service I have received has always been excellent and their advice very helpful indeed (notably in connection with a recent cataract operation). I also think that the prices I have been charged have been very reasonable. I have not done comparative checks, but, because I have been a long-standing client, I trust the shop's management.

My consultation with optician Tahira should be text book reading for all those involved in the provision of health services: - She actively and empathically listened to the symptoms I related and which has been causing pain for quite a few months - She explained the kind of tests which could be done to assess the condition and following my approval conducted a Dry Eye Test, in addition to my usual eye test and retinal examination - The condition, Meibomian Gland Dysfunction [MGD], was diagnosed and Tahira explained in very clear terms the kind of treatment I would need to follow for two weeks - She established a treatment plan which, again, is excellent in terms of contents and clarity and which can be easily used by other health care professionals treating me, let alone find its place in my medical records - MGD may not be a “terminal” disease but it is rather painful and troublesome, and after treatment I am now enjoying clear vision, without having to rub my eyes non stop. I cannot recommend InFocus highly enough for their overall professionalism and support.
