I have been seeing him for at least two decades on and off, trying the big chains when moving out of the area. I found the personal touch and after care lacking with such establishments & reverted back to honest Phil, where the personal touch and after care is outstanding! I travel from Edgware to Harlesden to be seen at Jubilee Opticians and on my recommendation four generations of my family (my Mum, my children, my grandchild, my partner and myself), are all patients, soon to be joined by my aunt (from Cambridgeshire) who is exasperated with the lack of care & attention to detail shown by the big chains. In a nutshell Phil James at Jubilee Opticians Harlesden comes highly recommended. I trust him with my entire family’s eye health!!!

F. G.We have used this optician for years. They are very welcoming, friendly and provide great advice without breaking the bank. The service is excellent, with patient's interest at heart. We make longer journey to see them for regular checks although no longer live nearby. The optician is very thorough with eye testing and wonderfully patient with children. The glasses, I got from them were reasonably priced, but fitted perfectly and did the job to my satisfaction for years afterwards. After bending them out of shape, by sitting on them, the optician corrected and fixed back to sitting snugly on my face for no extra charge. Highly recommend for no nonsense advice and good quality eye care.

A.Went to one of the large high street chains, of the impression they are conveyor belts for shifting expensive designer frames, At Jubilee apart from very thorough and multiple eye checks/tests because I did not collect my glasses early, I still have the same pair after 4 years, each annual check, I am told the first pair are still adequate, do not have to change them, if I do not want to. The optician is very thorough, MY first pair at the high street chain were completely useless, they offered to change the lenses for stronger ones, which I rejected out of hand, collecting my refund.
R.I have been with Jubilee Opticians since 2000 and there is no one I trust more with my vision than Phil and his staff. I have a high prescription with prism and Phil always get my vision 100% perfect.
