Getting my eyesight checked and new specs here has been a pleasure. Mr.Shah is open and straightforward, explaining things as he goes along and listening to my view, and no hard sell like my last optician. The service is efficient, safe and friendly, and the receptionist makes you feel at ease straight away. I am happy to recommend this shop to all who prefer a personal service from a small business.

After years of using chainstore opticians on the High Street and being generally unimpressed with the service they offer I searched my area for an alternative. Thankfully I came across Kensington Heights. As soon as I entered the store Bijal and Fabia made me feel welcome and at ease. Bijals diligence, professionalism and competence were immediately obvious. The aftercare is exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending Kensington Heights.

Once again had a very good experience with Kensington Heights. Bijal really takes his time when carrying out the eye tests and explains exactly how eyesight has changed over time and what the new requirements are. The new prescription lenses are perfect and I'm very happy with my new glasses, especially as over time I've gone from just needing them for reading and computer work to wearing them pretty much all the time. It's been a smooth transition.

Lovely friendly opticians, very helpful will always help you find the perfect glasses and will tell you the truth if they suit you or not!. All of the staff make you feel relaxed and give you advice, and you can also pay in instalments towards your glasses so that makes life alot easier!I would definitely recommend 👍
