Very helpful and thorough. I had a 20 minute eye test at specsavers and was given a prescription that was basically wrong. I went to London eye Optique a few weeks ago and had a 1 hour and 20 min exam, much more careful and accurate. I felt really comfortable about the whole process and the frames were cheaper than an identical pair at specsavers!
