G. B.Wanted to find a local optician and went to the various chains but never really got the service I was looking for.
I found Monocle through a google search and thought I would give them a try. There was the comfort of people who cared and there was no hard sell. Time was taken and professional advice was given as to the different frames and in particular the various lenses.
Rav was excellent and I booked an eye test appointment with Helena. Glasses were ordered and arrived on time.
Really pleased with the all round service and professionalism.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a first class optician.

The eye test conducted by Helena was so thorough and she felt that she had not received that at her previous opticians. Also, she normally hates choosing glasses as she finds it difficult to find something she likes. Here, both Helena and Rav were so helpful - they offered her great advice and she came away with two frames she loves. Would highly recommend this fabulous local opticians.

Rav was so friendly in helping me chose frames and the overall all customer service was outstanding. It's a totally different experience than going to big chains and much better for it. You didn't feel pressured into buying frames instantly and are allowed plenty of time and space to make a decision.

The two shop owners could not have been more helpful and professional. No pressure to purchase new frames, but they even straightened out my wonky glasses. For me, the best service in the area.
