AMAZING! Fabulous and SUPER quick service. Was in need of glasses and they were able to provide and fit me with a beautiful new pair within the hour! Great store, really helped me out and now I can see again! Couldn't recommend more highly <3

Came for an eye test today as I thought perhaps I needed a new prescription and was treated to such a thorough examination. The optician also chatted through an allergy issue I have with my eyes and was so much more helpful than my GP has been on the matter. I was really impressed with the photos taken of the eye and the explanation on eye health etc. So much more thorough than any other optician I have been to, particularly the high street chains. Thoroughly recommend!

When I entered Monoptics for an emergency appointment I was instantly put at ease by the friendly nature and professionalism displayed. Within a short period of time the issue was identified and I was was off home with my prescription. I came back a week later to find that the treatment had worked and my eye was almost back to full health. I cannot thank Monoptics enough for the care and attention they gave me. I had my first eye test appointment today with Shine, she was amazing! From the feel of the shop with the amazing photography on the walls to the full professional set up in the testing room everything was exceptional. Wow, I can't recommend this opticians enough. I spent weeks trying to look for a new opticians in my local area - I was on my last pair of contacts and worried that I was about to go on holiday without a backup pair. I called dozens of opticians and when I reached Monoptics - the first thing they did was reassure me I'd have my backup pair sorted; I knew I was in good hands. I received the most thorough eye test I've ever had - and I've been wearing glasses since I was 7. The time and care spent on my exam was so appreciated. Shine (the optician) even went so far as to drop some sample contacts off at my home so I wouldn't go without during the holiday period. If you're looking for next level care - look no further.

Visited with my daughter to get her eyes checked and what a fantastically good experience. The staff were friendly and courteous and Shine the optician was brilliant! She went out of her way to be kind to a nervous patient and to explain how the eyes worked, what the issues were and what to do if any follow-up was needed. Shine also saved us money too by pointing out this particular test was free under a new "instead of visiting an A&E" protocol. A really nice surprise at how good Monoptics is - highly recommended - thanks guys!

I needed a bespoke service relating to treatment I'm receiving and, after searching high and low for a place (the difficulty was increased because of Covid), Shine at Monoptics agreed to assist. She was professional, efficient and considerate. I was in safe hands the entire time. Also, everything in the store was Covid-19 compliant. I was extremely impressed. Shine is a superb optician, it is always a pleasure to go for an eye test. Her staff are friendly, helpful and multi-lingual. There is a good range of frames and great care is taken to ensure good choice and good fit. The appointments and reminders system works well. Highly recommended.

Wonderful first experience at Monoptics. Reasonable cost of an eye test which was a good start. Then the eye test itself was really informative and a pleasant experience (let’s face it it can normally be slightly intrusive and or awkward) but not here. Overall, really friendly place and a really nice local to go to! Would highly recommend.

I have been in customer service for years including managing optical practises, I believe that professionalism and quality products only takes you half the way. This is one of those places you want to return to because you feel welcomed and looked after. Having moved recently in the area, I popped in to ask for replacement lenses for my beloved sunglasses, the staff was very friendly and informative and they helped my through the process the best they could. I went back a week later to collect my new lenses and I met Shine the optician, she made sure I was happy with my purchase, but most importantly, I did not feel like I was in a a conveyor belt at the end of its run. I am looking forward to return for my annual check up, I think I have found my local optician.

Great costumer service, the prices are a little bit expensive in comparison with Colombian prices, but it worths it, I will have my glasses in three days. 🙂 Also the procedure to find out how are your eyes is very professional. ♥️ I tried my glasses on and no headaches just a little bit dizzy but you already know that when you are changing your prescription.

This place is amazing! I got my glasses from here and they really looked after me.
