I had my surgery at the beginning of September. I found Mr Farooq very easy to talk to and reassuring. Surgery went very well. I was sent home the same day with meds and information. I've just had my 4 week check and all is well. Before the operation my eye was watering almost continuously. This has now improved by almost 100% . I go back in 3 months to have the little tube removed. I have no discomfort. Obviously there was a lot of bruising post op but this soon disappeared. I would definitely recommend Tahir Farooq as a surgeon.

Having had a procedure carried out by Mr Farooq I am so pleased with the outcome. I had in olutional ptosis (droopy eyelid) Mr Farooq made sure I was confident he explained exactly what he was going to do. I had a local anaesthetic. The surgery was pain free. After effects none just slight bruising around the eye which lasted a few days. Absolutely delighted with my eye now.
