"Amazing from start to Finish" From the moment I called to make an appointment, to the moment of leaving, I felt welcome and at home. The service is friendly and engaging; they went over and above the call of duty - having recently had some health issues, they offered support and service outside of the business - including taking me to my medical appointments. I was beyond impressed, flattered and over joyed! You just don't get service like that anymore. Not to mention their selection of styles is amazing - and priced just right - I was pleasantly surprised, what you get is quick and easy - less than a few days for BOTH pairs of my glasses to arrive. I cannot say enough! If you need high quality service and products Notting Hill Gate Opticians is the ONLY place to go.

I can't stress enough how good they are. I've been trying to get new glasses for a couple of months now and having issues with my prescription, three different opticians couldn't figure out what was wrong, after reading the reviews I finally decided to make an hour trip to Notting Hill. Roshni is AMAZING she is very knowledgeable and patient, explained everything clearly and managed to figure out what other three opticians couldn't. She is really the best! Will definitely come back

The doctor was calm, explained what she was doing and took her time with the tests. The assistant helped me find amazing new frames that fit my face. I highly recommend them.

Had an absolutely lovely experience buying my glasses here! Staff really took their time and were incredibly helpful and charming and I was able to try on as many frames as I wanted. Also super helpful when it came to deciding between frames. The eye test was super thorough and much more pleasant than any eye test I've had before. I haven’t replaced my specs in over 4 years and decided to try Notting Hill Opticians as they’ve repaired my glasses a few times without any charge and are always so friendly when I go in! After a thorough eye test it was time to choose my glasses. I have no clue what suits me or what the fashion is these days but both Roshni and Sarah spent a lot of time with me showing me numerous styles and advising which ones suited me best. I am so happy with all 4 pairs and I never would have chosen them myself! Can’t wait to pick them up! Highly recommend to everyone.

Brilliant service and excellent eye test - thank you! The optometrist is highly professional and schedules appointments so there is no waiting or hanging about.They have a good selection of frames and will order specific colour and size options if they don't have them in stock. The new frames and lenses arrive much more quickly than with the larger chain stores. A couple of the negative reviews on google are simply not credible - their authors cannot be bona fide customers. I would definitely recommend this local opticians to friends and family living in the area - and even to those outside it.

Very helpful, professional, and offered honest, friendly advice. She went through the effort of helping me choose my frame, and explained the variety of lenses available. When I collected my new glasses, Roshni was on-hand again to serve me, and quickly went through how to best care for my glasses. I’ve had the same pair of glasses for almost 10 years so, one fine morning, I decided it was time for an upgrade. After a brief look online, NHGO were my opticians of choice (mainly for convenience and the recent positive reviews). I made a booking with a polite young man on the phone and visited the store for my eye test last week. The windows were decorated with wonderful Valentine’s Day decorations, a lovely touch from the staff and a great first impression – and it didn’t end there. I entered the examination room and Roshni undertook a thorough eye test – very friendly, professional and time was never an issue, she even helped me decide on my grandson’s birthday present! Following the eye test, I proceeded back to the shop floor to begin the search for my new frames. This bit is important – Roshni offered genuine, helpful advice with my frame selection. She is an optical expert but also provides a personal touch and I could not be happier with my new glasses! Thank you Roshni and team for the fab 5 star service!
