Great customer service. Both Jen and Adam were very helpful in regards to advising on the frames they had on offer. I personally enjoyed the boutique feel of their store where as other stores have pushy sales staff they were patient and pleasant. The store's displays were very well presented, they had a varied selection of frames and the value of the frames were insanely good! The true test of a business's customer service is not when things go well but when things do not. After purchasing some glasses, I had realised the frames were not for me. I contacted the team immediately and they were very understanding and asked no questions in regards to providing a refund. But please bear in mind I had asked them to put the order on hold before the lenses were ordered (the lenses are made to order, so if they were shipped they I'm afraid it would too late for a refund). All in all, if you are looking to get a some new glasses I would highly recommend checking out Oco Glasses!

These guys are absolutely amazing. The range of frames is brilliantly curated and there is not a bad frame in the shop. It’s got the best brands you know and the best brands you don’t know. Moreover, their state of the art equipment (they should advertise they are capable of this for eye testing - it was very professional). I had to quickly find a place which had Fendi glasses as my pair of old glasses had suddendly broken. I went to Oco as they stored Fendi as brand and was very satisfied. I had my old glasses fixed (they ordered new arms directly to the factory in Italy), but as I found so many nice frames I decided to buy a brand new frame with lenses. I had the eye check with Jenny - very professional - and chose my new frame with Mauro. All ready within a week. Very competitive prices for the lenses, I am also very short-sighted and the lense I now have is the thinnest I have ever had - been wearing glasses for over 20 years. Overall a perfect customer service and very nice products. I am glad to have found a good optician in London!

I went to OCO when I found out that they sell the Eyevan brand. I discovered a fantastic shop with an amazing selection of other beautiful high quality glasses brands (Mr Leight, Dita, Garrett Leight, Oliver Peoples, Fendi, William Morris....so many others, just go there to see...) But most of all, the staff makes such a big difference. I had the pleasure to be advised by Mauro who felt like the soul of the shop and thanks to whom I now rank this shop as my favourite in London (and beyond). Never met such a knowledgable, service oriented and passionate optician (histories of the brands, technicity involved in each model of glasses, honesty in advising about what fits and doesn’t...), he added this human quality and passion which is difficult to find nowadays in shops. I could tell that other members of staff were very good too. I ended up bying a new pair from a brand I discovered there. I will go back for my prescription glasses and other sunglasses. Highly recommended. They deserve it.

I am very grateful to OCO for looking after me with such kindness and patience. I turned up there for my first ever pair of glasses with a pair of frames I’d bought somewhere else, and what eventually turned out to be an incorrect prescription from a High St chain. OCO made the lenses and because the prescription was incorrect they obviously didn’t work. I went back to the High St chain where I’d had the prescription done and they were uninterested, unhelpful and avoidant. The team at OCO however were absolutely brilliant - they retested my vision, gave me the right prescription, and now I have a pair of perfect glasses which I love. I just wish I had just gone to OCO in the first place - I would have saved lots of time and hassle all round. It’s incredible that small, caring companies like this still exist in an increasingly corporate London. A big thank you to Jennie and all the staff at Oco! You are all total stars!
