Great service and after care Bought a pair of glasses last Xmas and couldn’t find the right setup on my face without getting dizzy for months. Tried every adjustment until the ear handle/ holder got broken. Despite the little time it took me to hear back from them they’ve taken the courtesy of ordering a new piece from Italy and replace it free of charge in addition of ensuring its perfectly adjusted. Since then it’s a joy wearing my glasses with pride! Cheaper than the competition on a like for like basis and lovely experience indeed. Fully recommend.

Brilliant team, brilliant service. I was really impressed by the team and the products when I first went in a couple of years ago. The glasses were the upper end of my budget, but with the service and professionalism of the eye exam, I went for it. To date, they are the only glasses I have been able to wear all day. Incredibly comfy and very stylish. I was delighted to hear that if you both have your eyes tested and buy from them, you get free replacement lenses up to 24 months later. Dropped in on a Friday, and my glasses with fresh lenses popped onto my doormat just under two weeks later. Free of charge and zero hassle. Properly impressed, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff were very attentive and ensured that the glasses were dispatched early and made available as quickly as possible for a holiday.
