Stylish and moderately-priced quality frames. Very professional and friendly service at the front of shop where you choose your frames and at the optometrist’s section behind. Got a thorough eye test. Collected my frames which were retested by the optometrist who felt one lens needed to be adjusted and had it redone to her satisfaction. I was very happy with the service and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Really lovely store, the staff goes above and beyond and are super friendly and really lovely. Had such a good first experience two years ago, I decided to go back. The eyewear is beautiful but their customer service is impeccable, definitely recommend if you're in the market for new glasses.

I recently visited the Ollie Quinn store in Covent Garden with my partner. I was dealt with by Gimmy who was amazing, he was very friendly, informative and provided some great recommendations, of which I purchased. The glasses are amazing, I had the Everett model, very stylish, comfy to wear and I have had some lovely comments from people about how they look. The service was really good as we were only visiting London for the day, we had everything aligned in store and then the glasses were sent to us when ready. The service was that good even my partner bought a pair of glasses at the same time, two very happy customers! Thank you

The wonderful Jadine at Ollie & Quinn , Covent Garden came to my rescue yesterday just as the store was closing. Had lost my glasses and she swiftly accepted my personal prescription and original order for frames and ordered another pair to be sent to my home! Lovely boutique store with very professional doctor and friendly staff members. Went to two different stores to do eye exams, purchase glasses and contact lenses trial. Every time it was a delightful experience. Meesha is awesome! The BEST eye exam I’ve ever got (and I’ve been wearing glasses for 15 years) with lots of details no doctors told me before. Highly recommended!!

This is a stellar branch with a highly dedicated staff and they deserve acknowledgement. I have had to go into this branch 2 times due to issues with the prescription glasses. The first time was an issue with the glasses as the specs were inaccurate. Even though this was a hassle at first, they made sure it got taken care of rapidly and I was provided with a new pair free of charge. The second time was a continued vision problem despite the specs being accurate. Their resident optometrist Tina took the time in the world to ensure there were no mistakes. I think the repeat eye examination was more than 30 minutes trying to eliminate any potential root cause. She is extremely detail oriented and was genuinely attentive in finding out what was not working, and she did. Eventually we altered a few things as a result of that examination and now the glasses work great with no imminent issues. And once again, at no charge. In addition the staff on the floor are polite, engaging and friendly. I genuinely appreciate their efforts.

Me and my friends went into the Covent garden shop for a browse and I ended up buying a really nice pair of sunnies. Didn't feel pressured in buying anything, it was just a really nice service and atmosphere in there. The gentleman was helpful and fitted the glasses for me so they don't fall of my face. He even offered it to my friend who needed her personal glasses fitted. Great experience! Thanks

I have been a Bailey Nelson/Ollie Quinn customer since 2014 and have purchased 4 pairs of glasses in the time. The service has been hit or miss but the product and price point has always been exceptional - which is what keeps me coming back. I had my glasses adjusted today by Jimmy and honestly it was the best service I have ever had at Ollie Quinn. He was not pretentious in the least - which is usually their problem - you could tell he genuinely cared about me as a customer and was interested in solving my problem. I was thinking of giving up on Ollie Quinn but Jimmy swayed me to stay a loyal customer. Props to Jimmy. Give him a raise and hire more people like him.

Has a great experience here last week - fantastic glasses all at £98 and no additional costs for lenses that you find at other retailers. Large variety of styles and modern glasses. Customer service was excellent.

I was pleased with the eye test and how attentive the salesperson in helping me pick my frame. The order for the lens was placed on a Thursday and by Tuesday, week after, i was notified that it was ready for collection. When I went in to collect my glasses and fittings, as soon i put it on I knew there was a problem on the glasses. I informed the staff who were assisting me that I'm having double vision while using it. They investigated but then encouraged me to use it for at least 2-3 days to give my eyes time to adjust and make sure my eyes are well rested. Naively, i took their advise. Tried it the next day as advised but I decided to switch back to my old spects because of the discomforts. I went back to the shop and discussed it to them (different people working that day) then waited until closing time to be seen by an optometrist. As soon as he finished investigating, he managed to noticed the actual problem with the glasses and explained to me what I wanted to hear. The glasses was sent back for fixing.

As someone who has had glasses for almost 2 decades, I have shopped around a fair bit. I have to say that Ollie Quinn are by far the best out there. When buying from High street brands such as Specsavers the glasses can be cheaper, but they charge for anti-reflective coatings and scratch-resistance as well as thinning down the lens. This equals a very expensive pair of glasses. Ollie Quinn includes the anti-reflect and scratch-resistance for free and thinning down my high prescription is only £47 which is half the price high-street brands charge. The atmosphere is friendly and yet professional and all of the staff are very attentive and helpful. Trust these guys over high street chains, you won't be disappointed.

My first time at Ollie Quinn as customer (I did shop before with Bailey Nelson). Love the design and prices are really affordable. Customer service is something unbelievably good, I must confess. The entire team, specially Lara, are very committed to help you through. In my particular case, I wanted an old BN frame to have the new prescription fitted, in the process the frame broke. Lara was very apologetic about it and offered me a new frame from OQ at no cost. I was somehow disappointed the old BN frame was broken, but hey, it was just a frame. Lara suggested a frame similar to the one that broke, very kind of her. At the end, Lara told me that the OQ Lab would keep on trying to fix the old frame, and they did! Hands up to the Ollie Quinn Neat Street professionalism! I am a very happy OQ customer! Totally recommend the place!
