C.Have been going to this optician for years now, having been short-sighted since childhood and bad advice/impersonal service from the big chain opticians, I started going her e after I got an eye ulcer following bad advice on the use of new contact lenses from a fairly young and inexperienced optician at a big brand chain. I could have lost my sight in one eye but luckily the scar just missed the part on the cornea that allows you to see by half a millimetre. P Leaning opticians have been looking after my eyes are since and never had such great, caring & personal service. They won't just fit you with anything and won't take a 1 size fits all approach, they will allow you trial all sorts of lenses on the market to find the one that suits you. I've moved well away from the area but my husband and I still make the hour trip back to Highgate for our check-ups as I trust them with my eyes & still order all our lenses from them.
